How should products be stored?+
Lyophilized peptides: -20°C. Reconstituted vials: 2–8°C, protected from light, used within 30 days.

Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never see, store, or transmit your full card number, CVC, or expiration date on our servers.
How is my personal data protected?+
All traffic is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.3, and sensitive data at rest is encrypted. We follow least-privilege access controls and only staff who need to fulfill your order can view order data.
Do you sell or share my information?+
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing. We only share what's strictly required with our shipping and payment processors.
What happens if there's a data breach?+
In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify impacted customers by email within 72 hours and provide guidance on protective steps in line with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
